Our organization does the IT infrastructure outsourcing, maybe because there is a deep cut in the operating costs and lower investment in tool ownership and upgradation. I think in-house infrastructure management could be complex, resource intensive and expensive proposition. Moreover it hurts core business of enterprises by taking their focus off the core businesses.

Hi,
I favor outsourcing as it helps to me get job done at low costs.
By outsourcing a project one can get specialist and skillful services. Apart from other benefits this also holds great importance. The project that one wish to outsource may perhaps not be your focused area of specialization but you can always locate an outsourcing partner on the net who is dedicated in that particular business process.
One more benefit of outsourcing is efficiency. Your prominent and foremost back office, routine trade function will be executed professionally by your outsourcing associate, while your core functions can be professionally carried out in-house. Thereby you can attain overall effectiveness and see an enhancement in your earnings.

There are definitely advantages to outsourcing:
- You can provide around the clock support for very little.
- They take all the work load off your shoulders.
- They might know more about tech support than you do.
I can tell you for a fact that a lot of US customers dont like outsourced support to India. It is better to go with a US outsourcing company if you are based in the US.
Also, be careful because the moment you outsource your work, is when you start losing connection with your business and customers.
Before you know it, you wont know the names of any of your customers and they will just represent numbers in your account. Try to avoid that from happening. The HostLauncher Course

it is also for a single stupid reason, which I'm not going to mention to avoid trouble with the law. If you don't say, how will they know they are in India? I don't think it is better nor it is worst to go with US or India, they are similar except for the price tag.
If you actively participate in feedbacks by clients, the connection is still there. I recommend setting up a company forum for that.
You can, if you work towards it.

It depends upon the size of the customers and the size of technical staff you have to support them. Also, to consider the technical knowledge that your professional have in the latest technology to answer the queries of the customers. When the business needs are so crucial that you cannot handle with the resources you have then relying on outsourcing service is the only solution.
