    End-user tech sales support

    Think while using reselling, in-house support is a must. Innohosting.com offers end-user tech sales support, what have you heard of that? How effective is that?

    about what? About end user support? I suppose that for the resellers it is very important when nead company provide indoors support. That is a big plus for reseller hosting.

    Most of Reseller Hosting providers, offer Anonymous Tech support to resellers end users, that is required to timely handle and sortout the end user problems. Resellers mostlly those who are actually not very technical or cannot affort to monitore End user hosting on 24 x 7 days basis, need "End User Support"

    However, if there is a company which can provide SALE's support for Resellers, will be a rocking company, as resellers would be morethen happy to pay if they get sales support too.
    But, webhost may not be linking the same

    As I see innohosting.com provides 24x7 live chat and toll free telephone technical support for their customers, think not many companies can offer the same services.
    In any case in-house support means much.

    If you have possibility better to run that under own name. But on the very begging that is very important (for resellers first off all) main company supports them.

    Actually InnoHosting's live chat and phone support are only available for their clients. End user support only covers the ticketing part.

    I like the idea of the host to provide end-user support, however not many do :-/

    If we talk about Technical support, then right, yes it is very important for reseller to have end user technical support. This will not only help reseller to maintain their credibility, also help host to get more account though that reseller's creditability. His end users will be pleased as they can have 24 x 7 days tech-support contact and get their problem sort-out in time.

    But Sales Support for Reseller is a different idea.......

    I think support is necessary only for the clients of innohosting.com services, who else needs it?
    Ticket system is effective in many ways and I have heard they reply very fast.
