If we talk about Technical support, then right, yes it is very important for reseller to have end user technical support. This will not only help reseller to maintain their credibility, also help host to get more account though that reseller's creditability. His end users will be pleased as they can have 24 x 7 days tech-support contact and get their problem sort-out in time.

But Sales Support for Reseller is a different idea.......

But don't you think Companies would not like to assist competitor's they grow by helping their resellers with Sales Support
