First of all you can't state if web hosting is overseller or not, unless you try their services. Also it is very useful read reviews on them on different forums nad review web sites.

24Hostingnow would be nice solution. Even if you have already decided to go with another company - take a look at 24Hostingnow because this company is really worth, and next time you will know that you have one extra potential host for your deals.
