Fat Network

HI

I had a very bad time with Fat Network.
Stay away from these kids, they know nothing.

I had a ONE year contract paid in FULL and in advance,
after 4 monthes a hard drive crashed due to a surge (????)

They were unable to repare or restore on another drive.
After 4 days of black out (no news no mail) they closed thticket.
I insisted they said they can do nothing all is lost (!!!)

I asked then for a refund they never answered.
In a word they steal my money.

I'm in the process to sue them or report them to a federal law agency (they are in Vancouver, I'm in the UK).
I don't know exactly wht to do.

But annual payment always presupposes some kind of trust to your future provider, I mean it would be better to try month by month payment at least for some initial time.

Sorry to hear your bad experience .If you don't have satisfaction with them. Make a search for another good host. Not forge you will not have any advantages if you frequently changing host.

I think that it is very good position to keep your domain names with different web hosting providers. I think that in this case you have minimum risk
