I checked your post. It is look like a free hosting offer. Every free host can offer such a plan. But I have been some doubt in their service. First about their support and then uptime. How can we find their business experience in web hosting. People don't wish to host their site with an unfamiliar company. They will have customers when they will have good reputation.

I have suspicion in your offer.
cPanel normally costs a high bill while hosting a site. Offering such a facility free gives more doubts on your offer.

I have seen another company offering CPanel for free, but I do not think this is for life, IMO, this is someone starting in the webhost industry that needs to practise, and no better way for that that giving their services away for free.
