Easy GIF Animator is the best program I have used so far.It is so incredibly easy to use and it is a trial that can last for 30 uses.It is incredibly good.Im 14 and figured out easy it is to use.

Why not just use photoshop? its got an excellent Gif Animation interface.

Photoshop has some difficult interface, but it's the best decision... alongside Photoshop is the best way to improve your design attainments not for only web design.

dear you can make gif animation with swish mx software.
it's a sister software of Flash CS, easy to use not taking time to make effect in this software already have latest effects just apply effects to your image and export it as gif.
it's a simple and fastest way to make a gift animated pictures with awesome effects.
