Start backup service ?

Hello ,

I have a big storage .
My server is linux

I want to start backup service that customer can get full backup from his website and send to our servers ( by remote ftp )
How can I do that ?

I need a script that send to user for use this service .

ps : I want to give this service to cpanel,linux users that we can use cron job feature.
