NS Server?

Does multiple NS servers make some sort of secuirity?
For example if I have 4 NS servers, and both couples at different networks.

Not really - having the standard (2 name servers) on at least two different servers and different Class C networks will help with redundancy in case one server is down.

Just an additional note: the more Name Servers you have for your domain, the less the chances your site goes down because of a DNS failure. If you have 3 or 4 DNS (or even more) you increase your DNS service uptime.
