From where can I find a free platform independent FTP?

Hi all,
I am a business women and most of the time I have to transfer my files to my employees and partners. I am in the search of a free & independent platform, FTP and SFTP which needs no software installation and which can provide me high security. Does anyone have idea about platform independent FTP? Please suggest me.

Filezilla is good I used it in the past, you just need to make sure you enter the right port for SFTP and not FTP, your webhost, if supported, will tell you which one it is.
