Hi-
For those of you that have purchased managed intrusion detection/protection services I was wondering what the most important factors were in selecting a service provider. Was there something in particular that superceded all other factors?
I'm coming from the MSSP side, trying to understand the issues involved from the other side. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks!
