Question Kaspersky vs Mcaffe and Symantec

I have learned that there is a vast difference between the ability for Kaspersky to keep my anti spam and anti virus updated versus McAffe and Symantec. I was wondering if other feels that there is a difference between capability and hype.

There is a big difference. Symantec have gone down the drain lately, McAfee is pretty good, as is Kaspersky.

From my experience, Norton is good when it comes to protecting the system, but takes much of the system resources...

Hi,

Well to fight spam I use Gmail free account. It is great.

Though I tried Mcaffe and it is a bit slow somtimes so I got bored and switched with Avast free. It worked great and I still use it now for more than 7 months.

Updates occure very regularly and they have their online forum as well for help.
