domain lists

when viewing DNS zones through WHM,it is showing me existing domains,but when accessing through SSL (using Putty) the folder /etc/localdomains is showing me list of domians that i even removed long back through WHM.Can u please explain why this is hapenning.

Hmm, maybe it's similar to the registry in windows.
