Screen Resolution

Hi there,

Great forum you have here. I think that you might be able to attract more members if you made it more 800x600 resolution-friendly. I personally use this resolution, and although it is slowly fading away, I believe that there is still a good chunk (25%) of us who are still using it.

Although the horizontal scrollbar does appear when your using 800x600 its not too bad overall. I can sympathize with you and other 800x600 users, there are times when I'm forced to use a monitor that can only go up to 800x600 and coming across a website that doesn't fit in horizontally can be annoying but this is a web hosting forum and most of its visitors are going to be running at the highest resolution their monitor can cope with. The vast majority of people who visit are going to be running at 1024x768 or above.

That being said, its only a few pixels that it goes into horizontal scroll for. It may be possible to shave a few of them off in places and have it fit but honestly I wouldn't get my hopes up, it would make for a few tight squeeze in some places.
