Rules Should change

The forum rules should change. before someone post their advertisement in the board they have to post atleast 5 posts in the differnt sections. Otherwise this forum going to be a Advertisement source. Also before someone ask for their site review they should have atleast 10 posts in the forum. This is just my comments . consider it and Change the rules.
