well I emailed him about the issue but it looks like he is unreachable at the moment. Try to email the same email of the banners world and see the answer you get .

Same here I paid for advertising on Paypal and when I email sales@bannersworld I get a bounce back saying mailbox full. Now I am a bit concerned about the lack of professionalism.

Can someone get back to me? I also emailed David, still no reply.
