The application is from Nullsoft (developers of Winamp).
It's easy to install. If you are having installation problems/questions feel free to ask in the Shell Accounts Chat forum.

The only downside to shoutcast is that you have to pay (well dont have to) but if you want a high quality stream you can buy a server from most hosts.
