After going through many name changes from the past 6 years, we have finally chosen a name right for us! For those who do not know us, we are also known as the following: NovaHost, FatFish Networks, Gimmic Time, and XROZ. Some of these websites no longer exists, and now, for customer support, new servers, or anything that has to do with our services, please use this website.
About our network:
We noticed that great network is important in the dedicated hosting industry, which is why; we only choose the best and state of the art Datacenters, with the best network. We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA. If our network is down for more then .10% of the month, without a warning, or notice, we will issue partial refund, depending on the issue that caused the outage. Please contact our sales department for more information. All servers ordered will be deployed at the SAVVIS Datacenter, unless you provide in your quote that you want it somewhere else (Example databank, or BurstNET)
About our support:
We will be the first to admit, that we are not good at all when it comes to support. We are great at it! Customer/ Technical support is top on our list. We always have techs on guard watching emails come in, and take over the show for you. If you ever need a server reboot, just contact our reboot department, and it will be done for free, and within 15 minutes! If there is anything on your server that needs to be upgraded for any reason, (EX PHP, SQL, Kernel) we will respond within 10 minutes, and it will be done within 12 hours, guaranteed!

All servers are set to be released at SAVVIS, unless you state otherwise in your quote or email.
Do you offer a reseller program to resell your dedicated servers?
No, we expect to launch our reseller program in October.
The more servers we get, will we get a discount?
Yes, you will receive a 2% - 25% discount on multiple servers.
Do you offer 24x7x365 day support? How about phone support?
Yes, we always have someone on the other side, waiting for you to send an email or support request. Phone support will be very close in the near feature. We feel this will be important, as we are growing everyday!
Do you accept paypal?
Yes, as of now, this is the only thing we accept due to fraudsters/ scammers.
Can we get out of paying a setup fee?
Unless stated otherwise, no, unless you increase the server price by an extra $10 - $50 per month.
When will my server be up and running?
Your server will be up and running within 6 Ė 72 hours. If its not setup within 72 hours, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
