Unfortunately, I had an encouter with Chad from VNS.

I was spoken to like a child while fixing an email issue. After saying "no need to get rude" he abruptly suspended my account then firewalled me from the entire site.

I have researched Chad a bit and have found numerous customers having the same disgusting technical support given to them as i had recieved.

Hopefully it will 'educate the buyer' a little more and stop any potential customers from making a mistake as I had done.
