I wanted to share with you, my review on those companies:
DedicatedNOW -
Excellent company & Service!
Setup time was excellent, when I file a support ticket, they answer within 2-3 hours, that is great.
Uptime is great, no network trobule, server is speedy!!!
Customers Service, It's ok, when you order a upgrade, take for them to long.. that the only complain!
Overall: 4.5
BurstNET -
They were good until March, after March, they became bad.
Setup time was for my first server, excellent, the other servers, took a week for them to setup, that the setup time was needed to be 48 Hours.
Technical Support, bad, answer time is bad, no support at all, only Jeanie is good, but she is away alot.
Uptime, very bad, servers were down for almost all March, they promise 99.5% Uptime, they gave 20% Uptime.
Customer Service is ok, they setup you additional hardware immediatly (only good thing)
Overall: 1.5
NeuTelligent -
Setup time is excellent, was within 24 Hours, that is excellent.
Technical Support, 24/7 Around the clock! they respond to you within 1 sec.!!!!
Sales is good, they're sales guy, is a nice guy!
Customer Service is excellent, nothing to complain.
Uptime is 100%, they promise 99.9%, but they weren't down for over 1 year, they have a very solid network, as we say: "You get what you pay for!"
Overall: 5
Just wanted to donate me 2 cents.
Regards,

I just looked into neutelligent.
It seems as if their pricing is a bit high for 50GB of Bandwidth. =P

For un-managed dedicated server, support aint really THAT important. I think the system's stability + network uptime is all that counts. Hardly would you contact support. Perhaps, once in a blue moon, sales dept as you might be going for any upgrades.
