2Checkout just notified me of a fraudulent order and has automatically cancelled it. I have not setup the account yet. Do I tell the person that I cancelled the order due to fraud or what???
What should I do?

Email that guy tell him of this fraud.

Contact 2checkout and see how they processed it.
Also contact the guy who made the order and inform him.
