Control Panle Features

I'm going to be writing a control panel fairly soon (hell, i've got 4 weeks of holiday, it's gonna start to be written&#33 and I was wondering what you lot looked for in a control panel re: features.

to find out more about features, hop by cpanel.net. I think cPanel has the most features among the popular control panels. Maybe you could follow h-sphere (psoft.net) and integrate a billing system and ticket support system into your panel as well.
