I'd like to hear from some people that use H-Sphere, what are the pro's and con's. Compared to cPanel which is better?

I have used H-Sphere as a reseller and like it very much. What I have found is that you can sometimes do too much and cause problems.
They have worked quite a few bugs in the billing module. I used to wake up an find an extra $200 in charges everytime they upgraded.
They help desk work pretty well and the billing works pretty well now. If they get it set where the system is based on actaul usage and not alotment, it would be ideal for resellers.

it's a good choice to go with Cpanel. I think it's still the best Control Panel around.

Yeah I really haven't been all that impressed with H-Sphere. Every Time I look further into their pricing structures I see more and more hidden costs. For instance they charge $130 to change your ip address. There are a lot of little things like this that surprised me. Plesk isn't to bad cost wise, but I'm not to fond of their control panel setups. Yeah you can do the same thing and it's simple to work, but the general layout isn't as good. Users also seem to really like and request cPanel over the rest.
And what can I say, adding modernbill to this system makes even more all the difference in the world. Until someone can prove me wrong I'll continue to purchase cPanel over the rest.Brian Pauley

Plesk is good but the interface isnt attractive, compared to Cpanel. But functions wise, if not better, they can be comparable to other panels like CPanel and Ensim. Meanwhile, H-Sphere is currently being used by by friend's hosting company. He claims it to be easy to use but the problem is .. you need a few servers to run H-Sphere smoothly as it is java based and eats resources alot
