I am looking for some advice on the best way to manage customer details?
The problem is that I have clients on Hsphere servers, two Cpanel servers and soon to be a HostGUI server.
I am thinking I need some kind of free way I can maintain my customer details.
I have considered and on a few occasions implemented Access databases and spreadsheets but none of these seem to fit my hands.
What do the others of you do?

Modernbill is one way that can help you alot, can choose not to integrate it with any of the panels.
Personally, i use Microsoft Excel.

I would go with modernbill. It will integrate nicely with your cPanel servers and give you the option to do instant account creation. However it doesn't work for the other platforms. Doesn't H-Sphere have a billing module?
How do you like H-Sphere?

H-sphere should come with a billing module. You do not really need to sign up with anything like modernbill then.

Well like ehost said, H-SPHERE does come with their own billing module.
However for the rest of your panels, they can easily be updated with modernbill.
I just recently got it and I believe its well worth it.
