It means it's the end of it.
They disabled my account today, alleging that I violated their TOS. Yet, they provide no proof of which.

Did they elaborate on why they believed you had violated the TOS, or just informed you of the violation without providing any further details?

Those tips PREVENT Adsense to disable a running account, not for those whose account already has been taken down. However I would suggest one should always keep an alternative to adsense on the way to avoid sudden shock as you've no control on false clicks generated by other people with wrong intention.

Well they never provide a proof and they just never answer your emails but the bad thing of all the things is that once they disable your account you will not be able to get any money that was there .█ For Reliable and Affordable Web Hosting Packages, Please visit kooshin.com

If you want to get back, you should write them confessing any time where you've klicked your own ad or did something against their TOS, You should be be polite and honest. You should also point out the step and measurement you're going to take to prevent this from further happening again later on, such as using click monitoring software or blocking certain IP addresses etc.

I keep hearing about ppl having there accounts disabled for invalid clicks. Really it isnt that hard not to click your own. and if you do dispatch an email straight away to them saying you did and they will then take the credit you were given for that click of and keep you in the clear.

I'm not sure they would treat any account personal and if any rule is violated the account will be suspended for sure. I also heard there are some points you reach before they disable the account.
