What is one factor that helps you decide which outsourcing company to deal with.

I think there are many concerns about this and most companies do a big research before they can let some company offer support for its customers . Some of those things might be worrying about them offering quality support , and also being available when needed.

You should get accurate review of 2 or 3 outsourcing companies through word of mouth, comparison in cost, number of tech staff, name and number of companies they're outsourcing etc.
you should also insure their capability by dropping a ticket and going for a free trial and through online chat or phone asking few question like the staff they keep on board either full time or equivalent, language and fluency, their disaster-recovery plan added with some security based serious question.I think this will enable you to ensure the reliability and capability of an outsourcing company.
