What are the security problems I might cause if I make the directory to chmod 777.
I really wants to make sure before I make it.

Well I wouldn't do this unless you REALLY want to give read, write, and execute permission to every user. This means anyone can execute, edit, delete, move, and do whatever they want to any of the files in that directory. I really recomend you do a CHMOD 755 first and see if that works for your needs. 755 will give you the user read, write, execute; the group read and execute; other read and execute.
