Cheapest Domain regsitration

HEy all

I need to find a domain registrar that accepts checks or money orders and domain cost not more than 14/year!

how do i go about registering name servers if i have a domain name and 2 IP addresses.

You can get cheap dominas from maddogdomain.com for only 8.95 thats were i get my.

I'm not sure about the other registrars but in enom there is an option to link your nameservers to your IPs. It's under domain names -> register DNS.
