$0.75 per ticket with a one-time $45 setup fee
12 Hour Plan
$0.65 per ticket with a one-time $65 setup fee
24 Hour Plan
$0.50 per ticket with a one-time $85 setup fee
- All of our support plans are ticket based only.
- There is no minimum or maximum number of tickets allowed.
- Client can specify a maximum amount of tickets per month.
- We offer a 1 hour response and 6 hour resolution time guarantee.
- There is a one-time setup fee billed at the time of registration.
- Per ticket billing is at the end of each month.
So even if you only get 5 tickets a month - 5 tickets is all you will pay for.
