Google adwords effective?
Did any try google adword before? Is it effective?? Get any sales?

Yes, Google adwords is actually very effective! It does cost a bit of money if you want your site to have a high position in the list (especially in a web business such as web hosting). We used it for a while and we were able to attract a good deal of business, definitely worth doing in my mind.
May I also suggest overture.com (Yahoo!'s advertising system). They are along the same lines as Google but I have heard and seen that you can usually spend a little less money than adwords.

Intresting. I've been thinking about Adwords for a while now, but its still playing on my mind. Seems that I have only £5, don't think i'll get far lol

Your right DevilDog, 7search is pretty good, especially on a tighter budget. But like you said, nothing really compares to the exposure of adwords and overture.

overture is way more expensive though
