Well Thats possible but as DetailHost said They won;t be in the business for long time. because what they need clients very badly. thats why they are offering this kind of cheap deals and they can;t make Big bugs .. so eventualy they will get sick and tired of hosting business and Leave from the industry.

I think "over-selling" is the term used for what they are trying to do.

Again, they might do it as a promotional thing but, then again if not many last with those plans.
