Happy time with customers
When do you feel more happy when you answer tickets. If you find solution or if there is good moeny on this customer.

i love helping so it would have to be knowing that they are happy with our services. So when its fixed I feel happy beacause they are happy and beacause I have done all I could do.Seeksadmin - For all your administration and security needs.

Though the money is nice, if your in it purely for the money it is still just work. It is better to make your clients happy and through doing that you become happy knowing you were able to satsify their needs.

Hello and great thread michal.
Definately when I resolve the issue. I'm a huge customer service/support stickler so I feel that if I provide fast and exceptional support, my clients will be happy and feel comfy to refer others to BH.

If two tickets are submitted simultaneously, one from a business customer and one from a personal customer (one will be paying us three times the other) and our staff are all busy bar one, the business customer will get dealt with first, and then the personal customer.
Both will get dealt with within 15 minutes of one another, but the one paying more is chosen first.
I, for one, do not love answering tickets. I do however answer about 15 a day even though it is not my job, and there is definitely some satisfaction in doing so.
