I have some code that queries a database and loads some forms for the user to edit, mostly drop down boxes and text boxes. I send the data to another program that saves the user input and spits out some debug. I hit "BACK" to go back to the page with the forms, and make sure the data was saved correctly in the database, but when I hit "REFRESH" the forms don't reflect the new values?

If I click a link on the forms page and then click another link to get back the values are correct. Do queries not get ran during a "REFRESH" cycle?
