Do other Server Logix customers appear on this forum?

While there are no troubles, I am quite satisfied with this hoster - connectivity etc. are fine, and I need no assistance running my DS at them.

However, my server is unreachable for more than 5 hours already (looks like a hardware problem - failed router or something similar), no reaction to the 'High' priority support ticket whatsoever (posted approx. 1.5 hours ago).

Previous ticket, of moderate priority, posted 5 days ago, is still unanswered as well.

Any comments from their customers would be quite welcome.

I hope the downtime issue will be handled in reasonable time.
