How many of you give live chat support?, Is this bringing more sale?.

We didn't support Live chat on our sites a long time ago and I don't think
that it has influence on our sales.

I provide live chat but not 24/7. It's nice for potentional customers, they can ask what they want before they purchase and you can try to convince them hehe

Yeah, I too offer Live Chat whenever possible.
And now that I have figured out my problem with my GPRS connection to my laptop, I should be able to provide almost that.
But I think it's just a great thing to have, for when your users or potential customers want questions answered. And if they are anything like myself, they would want the answers quick.

I dont offer it on my website... well I do but its a long story.
Phone support brings more customers in that live chat

Those toll free phone numbers, are they free for people who call from Europe too?

no... they have to pay international rates... you can get numbers in europe which are free phone though

Hey,
Thanks for the 800 number idea guys! I just realised my mobile phone provider offers me a usable 800 number for a low monthly cost and if I recieve alot of calls, I can get flatrate.
So looks like once again, this forum has helped my developed my services!
