I usaly give them a quick skan before buying, although it does get a bit boring becuase they are just so long. I'm not really against the host having a long TOS or AUP, they need to protect themselves...but still. Maby a few days after I've bought it I go back and read thru it if I've got nothing else to do.

I always read the TOS carefully.
My recommendations:
Read before you buy. If you don’t understand the words, read
them again. If you still don’t understand, call up the party in
question and ask them to explain.
On the web, the TOS page is the verbal agreement and the
signature agreement.
This may help you to avoid future frustration.Last edited by denis; 08-12-2004 at 02:55 AM.

Hardly ever read. I did read the 9/11 Commission though. But never TOS, licenses, instructions, etc :P

In our experience only around 20% of new clients actualy read our TOS/AUP completely around 30% glance over it and 50% don't even bother, even though on sign up we have the mandatory I agree to Bright-Byte's Terms & conditions
