How do we track spammers?
Hi,
If we found that somone is spamming from our server. How do we track it down the useers?
Pleae provde the logs name which we have to check?
How do we check?
Any oter test tool available?

Use the softwares to check! or use spamcheck or DNSStuff to check! enjoy !

If you are on linux go into /var/logs/ and look at the exim logs
ls -l
the vi or pico which ever you use

There is not much point in tracking spammers, they go from one compromized host to the next, there is not much you can do. Try to improve your spam filter instead and make sure the mails are sorted into Spam.

It depends on the server and what control panel it has, you can check the email logs or mail queue manager if it is a cPanel server.
