Yearly is quick cash, but you cant spend it... that is why I do not like it.

I think most people prefer monthly anyway beacause in yearly they get tempted to spend it etc.

A little bit of both.
Yes, people pay you monthly, you get steady income.
But if your steady income is not enough to purchase a new server because your current server is full, then yearly payment is always handy.

with yearly payment you would need to make sure that you would have one new signup (to get a dedicated server) each month... and I dont like risking something like that...

As a customer, I think yearly versus monthly should be carefully weighted. A bit of risk assessment is necessary... Sometimes paying monthly can be worth it, especially when the host has a great reputation and you have reason to believe that the host will not simply dissapear overnight. Some chances of something bad happening are always there though...
