Hi All,
Can you guys list all of the end users problem. I beleive mostly
Email Problem
DNS Problem
SSL Problem ...
Can you make a list. I am trying to make articles or howto to resolve all the problem. It might helpful for all the webhosting owners.

Almost 90% of the end-user issues I was receiving were due to bugs in CPanel. Now I hardly deal in shared hosting, so it's almost irrelevant - but I use Plesk 7.

cPanel bugs are many and well i dont like dealing with it.

Why don't we make like FAQ questions and solutions. After we make a big list we can put this one as sticky and all of us will get benifit of it.

There is one thing that is often under estimated - the end customer needs some knowledge to use services given. What do you do with a tradesman who hardly can use a computer and needs web hosting?. Even with SiteStudio he or she still needs a lot of help.

That is very true, there are services you can hire to create your site for you and all you have to do is write the content and tell them and its done.
