Tomcat servers

Hi,

How many of you use Tomcat on linux servers. Do java applications take more CPU than other applications?.

How many users can put for each server?.

We are currently testing Tom Cat on our Dual Xeon servers to see how well they function especially on heavy traffic. We will also test them on lower CPU servers such as the Pentium IV 2/3.x HT servers.

Will reply with results when research is completed.
