Toll Free support increase sales?
Hi,
What do you guys thinking about giving toll free support?. Would this bring more sales ?. I am jsut wondering.

I give offer it and I wouldnt say it increases sales, but it does help.

On some sites we offer toll free support but I haven't noticed
it has influence on sales. Sites without toll free support sell as
good as other sites.

A phone line is good but in the end when you are selling to anyone you would need freephone for every single country and you cant offer that, so really it doesnt increase sales that much. I offer one number for americans one number for europeans. It doesnt have a noticable effect on sales, and infact not many people use the phones anyway. I get 5-10 calls per week.

If nothing else it might help people on the fence not sure whether to order, if they see the toll free they might go 'Oh, well atleas I know I can call and talk to a live person if anything goes wrong'

That is to true, it just gives a sense of security in a way as it is anouther cushion to fall back on...

We just started opening up hosting to the "world" and added an 800# to our sites. We get a few calls. I think that most people just want to make sure we are real & not dealing with some type of scam. We use Freedom Voice, very happy with them that we even became a reseller. There is also Kall8 and Angel

whats the url to Freedom Voice?
The calls you get are eather emergency or sales... that is what I find anyway.

There main website is www.freedomvoice.com - we are working on a site as well that offers more information, etc. They usually go thru resellers. We have spoken with them because the information on their site does not collect everything that they actually offer / do
