I remember once when I was 14 years old and I was with a web hosting company (don't want to mention their name) and let's just say I purchased web hosting and I didn't get my welcome letter until 2 months later ...

I had a virtual account with interland, the server’s hard drive was full and it took them 3 days to fix it.

Long Time
I forget the name of the hosting company.. It was years ago..
I signed up with them..because they were offering a great deal of disk space at a very low price.
At first there was good support.. Then.. all of a sudden.. they never communcated or updated their web site or anything.. I went for a few years.. never hearing from them..just paying each year..
Then I had a few problems.. when they made their change.. I am not sure there was a human in the company..tech support was Hong Kong or some remote place..and the only tech ..did not speak English..
I had a couple of problems..that put me off line for a week.. They tech.. said..everything was working OK.. even thou you could not get to my site..
After a week..he fixed it..and said..Oh ..he found the problem..
That happened about two times..and I moved on to a different hosting company.

Trying to solve a nameserver problem from resellers, took a few weeks... Tried several domains, till we tried a NON .be domain, then it started working decently. I also had problems myself once with .be nameservers. Never use a .be for nameservers I would say
NEVER!!
