Moved: 10GB of space for $30 per month! Disk Space Sale!!

We are using a dedicated Windows 2003 Standard server and we are not using our servers disk space completely so we thought we'd sell off parts of it on a monthly basis to those who wanted to use it for backup, website hosting, or whatever they wanted it for as long as it wasn't for warez or ton's of pornography(Some Adult content is ok). The allotments and prices are below:

10GB of storage space and Unmetered Bandwidth = $30 per Month (1 Account Available)

5GB of storage space and Unmetered Bandwidth = $15 per Month (4 Accounts Available)

1GB of of storage space and Unmetered Bandwidth = $10 per Month (10 Accounts Available)

I know that there's some concern with hosts that provide unmetered bandwidth however we have 1200GB of bandwidth and we've only been using around 32MB each month. This is used mainly as our E-mail server so we'd be more than happy to let anyone that rents the space from us to use our e-mail server software as long as it's not for SPAM. I also need to let everyone know that this space DOES NOT come with any Control Panel software we are giving anyone that rents space on this server access to everything they will need via a restricted desktop as well as an online management interface for the e-mail server.
