Why do we have to give cpanel password to Hosting Live Support ?
Don't know if you all encounter this. But when I had problem with File Manager in Cpanel previously, I contacted Hosting company's Live Support/Help. They then said they need my account details and password to access my cpanel.
Is it normal practice for hosting company's support to ask for password to cpanel? Shouldn't they have restricted controlled access to cpanels of customers without using customer's password?
I mean like when you have problem with your bank ATM card and report to the bank, the bank does not ask you for your ATM password, right.
