Whois.Cart(tm)
For those who dont know what whois.cart is it is a simple, clean, and powerful billing/hosting script... I currenty am using whois.cart on myserver due its cost effectiveness....the script runs $35 (one-time fee) not no yearly fee....it allows use with enom and directi and a few other registrars...I know it intergrates with WHM/cPanel and i know there is one other they currently allows auto account creations with but i forget it off hand...for more information visit Whois.Cart Home
like i said i currently use it and i like it....its also skinable.....
I got this from Web host resources:
Its 22nd release, Whois.Cart has become a mature and powerful domain and hosting sales management system that allows clients to select, transfer and pay for orders in real time. Integrated with CPanel, Directadmin, registrations via Enom or OpenSRS, and secure payment through Paypal, Worldpay, AuthorizeNet(AIM), IBill, Echo Inc, 2Checkout, Bluepay, EMatic, ANZEgate, Nochex, Paysystems or Psigate - Whois.Cart supports all TLDs and is easily skinned with its PHP injectable theme system. Plesk, Ensim, OnlinNIC, Dodora and Nominet modules to be released soon; RFC954 compatible, web based admin, recurring billing, automatic suspensions and renewals, coupon codes, intl language files and more! See site for details.

Well my thoughts on whois cart is this.
It looks like it would be a great potential tool except for one thing. PHPManager is included with it. I tried PHPmanager when it first came out, and when the developer of the script says "you broke the script" because he didnt install it right. Well it just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I use Whois.Cart, and it's a GREAT script.
Excellent for billing, and very easy to modify.

I looked over whois.cart and thought it would be a nice script (I already had WHMAP tho and did not get whois.cart). One of my customers did go with whois.cart and said
"Just wanted to get back to you on my overview of whois.cart. In my opinion
this is not a product that should sold it is more of an open source in
progress type of program. It counts on the end user to reprogram it for his
or her use. Which probably isn't a big deal if you are a php programmer. I
requested a refund and was just going to purchase WHMAutopilot from you but they will not give out refunds. A good indication they experience a lot of
issues. If you stand behind you product then a satisfaction guarantee is
standard."
