Ok in my opinon I wouldn't go with Lpanel (yes I changed my mind). They currently have one of the worst support teams i have seen. I had a ticket open with them for over 5 days and no answer. Plus if you don't have the IONCube loader on your server you won't be able to use the software. They claim to update it often but their website doesn't have any new updates posted (least in the news section or members area). Heck their members area says the last release was september 2003 i belive and on thier front page they talk about the january 2004 release. I think they need to figure something out. I thought I would let everyone know my thoughts on them now.Luke Moran

I currently use Lpanel, and I have experienced support issues. However this is because the staff is so busy working on software updates, and feature request. I have until now never found a company with a billing solution system that would work so hard to fulfill the request of their users. These guys are truely great at that. I do agree though that support is definately an issue, and they are under staffed to handle all of the request they receive. But the software is so much nicer in my opinion than any of the others. I'm an ex WHMAP user, it doesn't even come close to Lpanel in my opinion.
As for software updates as I said, they are consistantly updating the software. They have released several major updates in the past month alone. I think these guys are definately worth the time!
