paypal customer question.
One of our client was paying through paypal and customercancelled the account and didn't canel the sucscription in payal. Due to unsufficent fund paypal charged $20 from credit card.
This is customer fault and how customer tellin us that we have to pay $20. Do we really have to?.

Make sure he cancels his subscription, cancel his account and refund the money, its not worth the hassle of $20.

You also do not want a bad reputation hovering around. He may post at WHT and take away valuable clients

and do not forget you can also cancel the subscription, if you know the account is to be closed go ahead and cancel the subscription and refund the money, its better looking for your company
