Most rewarding, getting involved with my clients on a personal level and helping them either learn or further this vision, for example, one of my sponsored sites owners is constantly talking to me over IM, just about anything, shooting ideas at me for his site, asking questions about coding, and discussing ideas.
Hardest, I would say waiting for an upgrade to be preformed at the datacenter, the server goes down and you get to wait till you hear that its powering back up with the upgrade completed, the few minutes while it is booting are the most nerv-racking minutes. If something goes wrong thats extra downtime for your clients that you need to work on to get fixed as soon as possible.

The best moments are definelty seeing a happy customer and becoming friends with your customers. Some people say its a bad thing but personally I enjoy it. I generally enjoy managing a server, programming and helping people so I enjoy nearly all of it.
What dont I enjoy. Hardware upgrades arnt to bad for me. I am slightly nervous but thats nothing. Well what makes me really anoyed is the chances that I have failed. Two years ago as you may have read a post from me. Well I could have created a Data Center and they make a pretty high profit really, and I would have enjoyed running it. I didnt do it though. I paid of all my debts. . Pretty soon though I will have the money again and all I can do is plan.
If there were a lot of bad parts of hosting I would never have come into it . So I cant think of to many bad things. Everyknow and then something bad happens but there is no certain area which I hate.
