Does anyone need to pay for bandwhich overage when transfer files for change hosting?
Does anyone need to pay for bandwhich overage when transfer files for changing hosting?
I was using Linux Dedicated Server with Hostgator, Our country has ISP issues in route with server in Houston it made our visitors in our country surfing site very slow. I already contact to Hostgator to fixing those issued, but Hostgator can not provide us the way to solve problem (For a month).
Also in those ticket I already told Hostgator. I will need to transfer all files to local-host in our country to fixed that issued (For keep our web running) if slow issue can not fixing by Hostgator.
During files transfer. I submit cancelation form to Hostgator. After the transfer finished I got invoice $1,436.59 for bandwhich overage. And Hostgator reply my cancelation ticket very very slow with "can not canceling cause bandwhich overage".
Can I repeat my question again. Does anyone need to pay for bandwhich overage when transfer files for changing hosting? What should I do with that? this is too much money for us to pay it and they suspend all of my web hosting account which I own in Hostgator Hosting
