Our business is venturing into new business like selling running equipment. Our main focus is on running shoes but the market is very competitive.

Would it be better to compete in a market with high search volume and competition or in one with low search volume and low competition?

The term running trainers does not have much competition but is low on the search volume than the term running shoes.

What is the general idea around?
